2-14 Pipe Organ Rebuilding & Enhancement
Church of the Epiphany (Episcopal)
Richmond, Virginia
This organ is the result of a rebuild of a 1969 Baroque Type Pipe organ. It is now of the "American Classic" style of pipe organ. The original pipe organ was 10 ranks on 2.75" of wind. To accomplish our goals, we voiced and reconfigured the existing arrangement as well as enhanced the pipe work by 4 ranks.
The console is a solid-state rebuild of the original Holtcamp style. The keyboards were replaced. The console is two manual (bone) with ebony sharps, and pedal. There are eight levels of memory, five thumb pistons for great and swell divisions, and five toe pistons for the pedal division. In addition there are 10 general thumb as well as 10 general toe pistons.
